Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy:

We do not ship to Africa from our website, please refer to our FAQ on where to order.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

When an order is processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent -not to be confused with the order confirmation email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Parcel arrival time

International orders

Once your parcel has left the United Kingdom, please expect it to take up to  7-12 business days to arrive in your country. This timeline should be reflected in the estimated delivery date on your tracking page. For any delays with your order, please get in touch with our support team at support@10Essence.com

Orders within the United Kingdom take 3-5 working days

Damages

Please report any damages to your parcel within 2 days of receiving your package. Remember to attach any relevant photos or videos of damages. 

Cancellations

Once the shipping confirmation has been provided, then it is too late to change or cancel your order.

Return

Due to the fact that 10Essence products are cosmetics, we can not accept returns due to hygiene. If there is a problem with your order, you can contact us at support@10Essence.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Customs and/or taxes 

10Essence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note, refusal to pay customs or duties will result in disposal of parcel.
